He is passionate about technology and the benefits that they can contribute to the optimization of processes and to the simplification of the working life of the people working in industrial processes.
Experience in working with organizations with cultural differences and in translating objectives into actions while taking into account the context, people, and situation in each country or region. Every organization is a system in which employees, collaborators, technology, products, customers, founders, owners, and environments where employees take action must be taken into account.
